About Me

My Photo
I'm going to give this "blogging thing" a try. I'll not only be discussing crafting but I'll also be blogging about my experiences as an educator in an inner-city school district.

13. A graduation bouquet...

I made this bouquet at for a friends daughter who is graduating from Texas State University this weekend.

I used the following carts:

*Ribbons and Rosettes
*County Fair (Texas shape)
*Cake Basics (one of the mortarboards)
*Happy Graduation

Materials:

*ATG Gun
*Glue Gun
*Shiskabob Skewers...which I COULD have covered with floral tape, but decided against it because their color went well with the other colors.
*Floral styrofoam
*Gift bag confetti
*Ms ribbon

*I should have probably cut the rosettes smaller, but my friend wanted them a big.
*The lollipop looking cuts are from the R & R cart medallion...I cut them at 4" and weaved the ribbon through.

I like for my bouquets to look finished all the way around, so I cut extra.

Thanks for looking.
